Questions about Raising Quality Boer
Goats
"The one thing that is more important than anything
is knowledge," I
have heard that someone important said it and even though I never knew them I agree with their
statement. When it comes to raising goats it is equally as important. For although
experience is the best teacher if you can learn what needs to be done to thwart disease and death for
your animals it will pay off in both dollars and in the knowledge that you coped with, and overcame
the problem. I am trying to work on putting together a informative collaboration from many of
the experienced, successful goat breeders of our day. It is my hope to be able to put
together a comprehensive listing of articles to be beneficial to people.
I have asked several different breeders to see if they
are willing to contribute and although the response has been slow I am hoping to bring the opinions
and ideas of several of the top breeders of our day together.
If you have an article that you are willing to write let
me know. I am open to both informative and maybe more of a novice based article. Let me
know some of your ideas or areas of breeding boer goats that you would like information to and I will
do my best to help you find the answers.
